Social Event T&C's
By attending a dog social meet up, all participants agree to the following terms and conditions;
1. Owner Responsibility
-All dogs remain the full responsibility of their owner/handler at all times.
-Owners must supervise their dogs closely and remain within sight and control throughout the session.
-The organiser is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage or incident involving any dog or person.
2. Behaviour & Suitability
-Only dogs that are friendly, sociable and suitable for group interaction may attend.
- Dogs showing aggressive, reactive or overly disruptive behaviour must be removed immediately if requested.
- Puppies must have appropriate vaccinations before attending.
3. Health Requirements
-All dogs must be in good health and up to date with vaccinations, flea and worm treatment.
-Dogs showing signs of illness (eg coughing, vomiting, diarrhoea, lethargy) must not attend.
4. Weather & Cancellations
- Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled due to unsafe weather or field conditions.
- Advanced notice will be given where possible.
5. Right to Refuse Attendance
- The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or ask any participant to leave if these terms are not followed or if a behaviour is deemed unsafe.
